## Common problems

    Your 3RD account needs access to at least one brand. Open [app.get3rd.com](https://app.get3rd.com), confirm you can see a brand there, then try again.

  <Accordion title="A new brand or prompt shows no results yet">
    3RD has to collect answers from the AI assistants before results appear. New prompts are queued right away; give them a little time, then check again.

  <Accordion title="Access stops working after a plan change">
    Most features need an active 3RD subscription. Ask an owner or admin of your organization to check it, or contact us at [gethelp@get3rd.com](mailto:gethelp@get3rd.com).
