Connect HubSpot and the Content Agent can send a finished draft straight into your HubSpot CMS — as a draft blog post or page — instead of copy-pasting it by hand. Formatting and images come across with it.
The HubSpot integration is in Beta. Connect it per brand; nothing is shared across brands.

Before you start

  • Your organization needs an active 3RD subscription with the Content Agent.
  • To connect HubSpot, you need to be an owner or admin of the organization in 3RD.
  • You connect per brand — each brand links its own HubSpot account.

Connect HubSpot

1

Open Integrations

In 3RD, open Settings → Integrations, or click the Integrations button on the Content Agent page.
2

Connect HubSpot

In the HubSpot row, click Connect. HubSpot opens so you can sign in and approve 3RD; you’re sent back when it’s done.
3

Confirm it's connected

The row shows Connected with the account you linked. You can reconnect or disconnect from the same row at any time.

Push a piece to HubSpot

Once a brand is connected, a Push to HubSpot action appears on its content.
1

From a draft in the editor

Open a piece and click Push to HubSpot. For a new piece, pick the blog or page it should go to; for an optimized piece, it’s written back to the HubSpot page it came from. 3RD creates the draft and marks the piece Published.
2

In bulk from the content list

Select pieces in Your content, then Push to HubSpot to send them all to one blog or page in a single step.
Pushing a piece again updates the same HubSpot draft, so you can keep editing in 3RD and re-push.

Drafts only

3RD only ever creates or updates a draft in HubSpot — it never publishes a live page. Review the draft in HubSpot and publish it there yourself.

Need a different CMS?

HubSpot is the first CMS we support. In the Integrations dialog you can tell us which CMS you use, and we’ll look at adding it.

  • API and MCP — the shared connection layer other integrations build on
