Agent readiness used to be called Crawlability. Old links to the Crawlability page open Agent readiness.
The four stages
Every test belongs to one of four stages. Each stage shows a single status and how many issues it has, across all your sites.
A stage reads Good, Minor issues, Needs work or Critical, depending on the most serious problem in it. Not checked yet means we haven’t been able to test it.
Use the market and site filters at the top to narrow everything on the page to one market or one site.
Issues
The Issues tab lists the problems worth fixing, one card per issue — even when the same issue affects several of your sites. Each card shows:- Impact — the bars show how much the issue holds back your visibility with agents: Very high impact, High impact or Low impact
- The stage it belongs to
- Why it matters, in one line
- Which sites it affects
- How many pages or templates it affects, and whether it stopped passing recently
- Why this matters, What we found and How to fix it
- Affected templates — the page templates the problem sits in. Fix the template once and every page built from it is fixed.
- Testing result — what each test measured on each site, whether it’s Passing, Partly passing or Not passing, and when it was last tested. Retest runs it again.
- History — each day the result changed, so you can see a fix land
Tests
The Tests tab lists every test we run, with its status and result on each of your sites. Sort by test, status, type or when it was tested, expand a test to see each site, retest it, or export the list. To switch off a test you can’t or won’t act on, use Manage agent readiness tests below the table. It opens Agent readiness tests in Settings. A muted test is hidden from the page and stops creating tasks.Tasks from agent readiness
Agent readiness issues become tasks in Task management and in your playbooks. They open in the same layout as the issue, with the latest testing result. When we change how we test something, older tasks catch up on their own:- If nothing you’d notice changes, the task updates quietly.
- If its priority changes, the task shows New priority. Open it and press OK, or review them all at once from Review at the top of the board or playbook.
- If the problem now passes on every site, the task says it no longer applies and offers Remove task.
Agent readiness tests the sites and pages you track. Keep that list accurate under Monitoring settings so the results cover your real site.
