A report is a saved view of a brand for a period you choose. You open it on the web, and the same report goes out as a PDF and an email.

What you can scope

On the Period & delivery step, two filters sit next to the market scope: All topics and All tags. Leave them empty and the report covers the whole brand, as it does today. A prompt is included when it matches both of these:
  • one of the topics you picked (any topic in that list)
  • one of the tags you picked (any tag in that list)
Picking topics and no tags limits the report to those topics. Picking tags and no topics limits it to prompts carrying any of those tags. Topics and tags from AI Ontology are left out, because those scores are not part of the report. The web view, the PDF, and the email show a Scope: line when a scope is set — for example Scope: Topics: … · Tags: …. With no scope set, the line is absent. A topic or tag you later delete is dropped from the report when it is read.

What stays brand-wide

Drivers, tasks, and Key themes are not filtered by the topic or tag scope. They describe the brand as a whole, because they are not built from a prompt list.

How the brand is introduced

When the brand profile has a description, the executive summary opens with it. Marketing objectives stay on the profile. They are not written into the report, the PDF, or the email.
